Summer Breeze Guest House is in an ideal location for exploring all that Newquay has to offer, with the town centre and beaches just 2 minutes' walk away. Run by Andy & Karen Wilkins, guests are ensured a warm welcome, comfortable, clean accommodation and a freshly cooked full english breakfast to start the day! There are a wide choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance, the bus and railway stations are 10 minutes' walk, the nearest surfing beach is just 5 minutes' walk, and we have parking on site.
We are pleased to have been awarded AA3* guest house rating - all our rooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated with full central heating, en-suite showers and wc's, tv and tea/coffee facilities. We are happy to provide ironing facilities and hairdryers on request and we can store surfboards and bikes securely in our garage.
We are open all year. We welcome couples, families and groups of friends but sorry, no stag or hen parties.
