Elm Tree Farm bed and breakfast is situated within 10 minutes of Milton Keynes; we offer high quality accommodation for guests working or visiting the area, between Milton Keynes and Northampton.
Our accommodation is traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast with the warm family welcome you would expect.
The farm is situated in the Tove Valley, with the river running through our meadow fields.
Day fishing permits can be arranged by prior arrangement.
We are opposite the Navigation Inn pub situated on the Grand Union Canal, which offers reasonably priced evening meals and live entertainment.
The canal provides good walks and cycling, linking up with the Milton Keynes "Red Ways".
There are extensive bridle-ways in the area and we are located within a 15 minute hack to Milton Keynes Eventing Centre; we are also able to provide overnight stabling for horses.
Other facilities include camping on the river meadows, which are always a hit when there are concerts at the Milton Keynes National Bowl, or can be an idyllic escape in a picturesque setting.
