Bed And Breakfast's own web site
Nici and Robin Hill's luxurious 5 star bed and breakfast accommodation is situated in the heart of the historic city of Edinburgh in a delightful Victorian terrace within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street (1km). It is one of the closest 5 star bed and breakfasts to the city centre and Edinburgh Castle. It is also within an easy walk of theatres, restaurants, the university and the International Conference Centre.

The five spacious ensuite bedrooms have been furnished and equipped to include everything a guest could want, whether travelling on business or pleasure. Fresh flowers, complimentary sherry and elegant furnishings all add to the feeling of a personal home. All the rooms have 6-foot wide double beds and private ensuite shower/bath rooms attached. The rooms are very quiet and include a fridge with fresh milk, a television and video player with a library of video films.

There is free off-street parking nearby available to guests. Elmview is located on the edge of Bruntsfield Links, which is possibly the oldest recorded golf course. The bad news is that, it is now reduced to a pitch and putt. The good news is that it is free, and Robin will lend you a number 9 and a putter.

Do check out our web site which includes a map to give you some idea of where we are in the city, lots of photographs, some of the house, some of us and some of the rooms.
