We are just some 150 yards from the shores of Lake Windermere and many of our well equipped/furnished and centrally heated bedrooms benefit from views Of the Lake. As such they are always much in demand, so early booking is advisable.
We are a family run establishment and pride ourselves on care and attention to our guests needs. All rooms have colour television, hospitality trays, hair driers, irons & ironing boards, clock radios, ceiling fans, fresh white towels/bed linen and, of course, a comfy bed!
We have our own on site car park and are on the doorstep to the Beatrix Potter attraction. We're also 1 min from the village centre. We look forward to meeting you soon!

From the M6
Leave at Junction 36 and follow the signs for Windermere.
On turning left into Windermere continue down the hill 1 mile into Bowness.
At the mini roundabout turn right into Rayrigg Rd. and continue for 100 yards (passing the car park on your left).
At the end of the car park, before the garage, turn right into Fallbarrow Rd.
We are 200 yards straight ahead.
