Likened by many to a Jane Austen House, Hayne House has large rooms and sweeping staircases.
We are situated about 7 miles North of Exeter between the A396 and the B3181; in the Culm Valley, overlooking Killerton Woods (NT).
We have a twin room with 3'6" Edwardian twin beds, washbasin in the room and private bathroom down a few steps from the bedroom. The family room has a double and twin single beds; again there is a washbasin and the bathroom is immediately opposite.
Tea and coffee facilities are in each bedroom and there is a television and video in the drawing room, where tea and home-made cake is served on arrival.
Evening meals are sometimes available; 24 hours notice is needed as meals are freshly prepared.
Come and sit in our garden and hear the birds sing.

From the A396 turn opposite the Ruffwell Inn, take the right fork signposted Bradninch.
Straight across two crossroads and then turn right.
We are half a mile down the lane.
