We are a small friendly run Guest House, which offers full English breakfast and always extends a warm welcome, to all our guests from couples and families to conference delegates. We do not cater for all male/female parties.

Pet Facilities: Pets are allowed. Possibly small pets, which will attract an extra charge.
Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. No problem but advance notice is preferred.
Smoking Facilities: Smoking is allowed. Allowed in bedrooms but never in the dining room.
Directions
By Road:
From the M6, Junction 32 (M55 westbound) For about 15 miles until you reach a large roundabout, which is home to a modern sculpture. Go straight across into Yeadon Way. When you reach the second mini roundabout, turn right towards Aldi, then left at the next roundabout to a set of traffic lights. Turn Left again onto Waterloo Road. Carry on through the new roundabout at the busy crossroads. Moore Street is the third road on your left.
By Train:
Blackpool North- We are a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride away.
Blackpool South - Up the steps, turn left into Waterloo Road, go straight on at the crossroads. Moore Street is the third road on your left.
By Coach:
Bonny Street: National Express users will find this to be their drop off point,therefore a Taxi is recommend
By Air:
Blackpool International Airport is about a 1.5 mile taxi ride away.
The Airport serves a growing number of destinations including: Dublin, Belfast, Alicante and Malaga to name but a few.
