Road Lodge is a Georgian B and B which is in the Heavitree area of Exeter. The city centre is about 3 minutes away by car or bus. The bus stops right outside the B&B and makes the journey into the city more relaxing. It is also close to the MET office and M5.
Road Lodge offers a variety of rooms and can cater for groups as well. Most of the rooms are en-suite. All rooms are comfortable and spacious with TV and Tea and Coffee facilities in the rooms. All rooms also have central heating. There is off road parking and also a spacious garden, complete with a hot tub - so bring your swimwear! There is a variety of breakfast choices - either traditional cooked breakfast or something lighter such as pancakes and yoghurts.
Road Lodge is a great base for exploring Devon and the staff will be more than happy to recommend places to go and see and also to recommend local places to eat and drink. Dartmoor is not far away and the south coast of Devon - Exmouth, Torquay and Paignton are also close by.

Directions
From Exeter City Centre (Tourist Information)
Take the B3183 from City Centre towards Heavitree and M5. Pass through Heavitree main High Street and past the Tesco garage on your left-through the next traffic lights then turn next right into St Loyes Road - We are the large house on the corner on your left with parking outside.
From M5 (and airport)
Head right onto the B3183 - follow signs to the city centre. As you approach Texaco Garage on your left, go through traffic lights and up the hill. Look out for second left-St Loyes Road. Turn left into St Loyes Road and 1st left into the Roadlodge parking area.
By Bus or Train:
From St David's Train Station - Take the bus to the city centre and change by for bus R, then take bus R through Heavitree. Ask the driver to drop you off beside St Loyes Road, Walk into St Loyes Road and we are the First house on the left.
A single room is £30 per night.
A standard twin room is £55 per night.
A twin en-suite is £65 per night.
Family rooms vary on price depending on the number of people - prices range from £70-£100 per night.
