Higher Beeson House is a hidden gem in the South Devon countryside. It offers luxurious bed and breakfast in an informal, relaxed atmosphere set in a tranquil valley just under a mile from Beesands fishing village. It's also situated nearby to Slapton Sands and Nature Reserve.
The accommodation is situated in conververted stables and comprises of three superior, individually designed en-suite bedrooms furnished and decorated to a high standard. All rooms have super-king-sizebeds; one room has a four-poster bed. Each generously sized bathroom has a spa bath. The centrally heated rooms have satellite TV, beverage trays, hairdryers and safes.
There are shared guests' fridge and ironing facilities. One room also has 3' pine bunk beds and can accommodate a family comfortable. A cot is also available.
Relax in the owner's dining room - a short walk across the courtyards - to enjoy a delicious, traditional AGA cooked breakfast. In fine weather, afternoon teas are served in the Garden Lounge.

Directions
Follow a route to join the A379 either via Kingsbridge or Dartmouth.
Follow this road to Stokenham.
Take the turn for Beesands at the mini-roundabout at Stokenham. The road levels out then starts to drop downhill.
Take the left-hand road signed to Beeson and follow this to the beginning of the village.
There is a sharp curve left in the road where you should take the right turning signed to Beeson Farm.
Pass Beeson Farm on your left then climbing a slight hill, you will see a sign on the left saying Higher Beeson House.
Turn in through the gates or continue up the hill and enter through the main driveway.
