The Mardale is a fine example of a Victorian terraced villa with 3 floors. We are located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac 1½miles (20 minutes walk) south west of Edinburgh city centre.
There are also good public transport links to the city centre for Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Palace of Holyrood, the Scottish Parliament buildings along with other major tourist attractions including Museums and Art Galleries. Of course, don't forget the shopping in George Street.
We also have a regular bus link to Rosslyn Chapel for those in search of the Holy Grail. We are also an ideal base for coach tours of the Scottish countryside. Please contact us for information of tours available.
