Robb's Guest House is ideally situated in Edinburgh's city centre. This comfortable, family-run establishment is an attractive, stone built, end terrace, Victorian house over 3 floors with many original features. All our rooms have central heating, colour TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Some are en-suite. We also have a beautiful 4-poster double bed in a large, en-suite room.
For breakfast we offer a choice of the Full Scottish with haggis, Vegetarian, Continental or eggs, all served with fresh tea or coffee and toast. If you need an early start, we can also arrange a tray service and taxis for your departure.
Nearby, there are a selection of cafes, bistros and takeaways to suit all budgets and tastes.
There is also a good bus service to take you to all parts of town which runs frequently through the day and evening. Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, are all within walking distance. Buses can take you direct to The Botanic Gardens, The Royal Yacht Britannia or Roslyn Chapel.
Robb's is ideal for Festival, or Tattoo visitors.
We also have our own secure parking, a 'must' in Edinburgh, but please book your car in with us in advance.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. By law, there is no smoking allowed in guest accommodation in Scotland.

From Waverly Train Station
Take a taxi, or a number 10 bus from the Gardens side of Princes Street. The bus stops on Granville terrace opposite the guest house.
From the Airport
Take a taxi direct to us, or the airport bus goes to the centre of town.
From there, follow the directions as per the railway station.
By Car
From outside the city, join the city bypass going south.
Exit at Lothianburn Junction, onto the A702.
Travel into the centre for approximately 3 miles.
At the Kings Theatre turn left onto Gilmore Place.
Drive straight over the next set of traffic lights, and our guest house is approximately 300yds further on.
On foot
From Princes Street, walk to the West End, and turn left onto Lothian Road.
Go straight along, until the Kings Theatre.
Turn right onto Gilmore Place.
Walk straight along, and over the next set of traffic lights.
