We have 4 rooms that can be configured (with advance notice) for either double occupancy in a super kingsize bed, or as a twin bed rooms. We have a further double bed room, 2 single rooms and a family room with a double and a super kingsize bed. All our en-suite rooms should meet the requirements for a comfortable stay whatever the reason for your visit.
A full English breakfast awaits you to start the day including a variety of cereal dishes for those who want a lighter start to the day. You can be assured of a warm friendly welcome whatever the reason and duration of your stay.
Car parking is no problem as we have a good size off street car park with security lighting.
With Boston West Golf Club only 3 miles west of us, Boston Tennis Club located further up Sleaford Road approx 0.6 miles, and the Boston Rowing Club, Princess Royal Sports Arena and Peter Paine Sports Arena all nearby we are ideally located and easy to find.
Fishing spots abound in the area and a disabled access fishing spot is located only 5 minutes walk away on the south forty foot drain. If you haven't already tried us, give us a go and find out for yourself why we have so many repeat customers.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. Annexe room has large walk in wet room shower and disabled toilet and sink. Light switches sited for esy access. Ramp accesss to wide doorway. Access to main building of guesthouse may be difficult for some as the main building is an old Victorian farmhouse with narrower doorways and varying floor levels.
Pet Facilities: Pets are not allowed.
Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Vegetarian breakfast upon request.
Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. Only permitted in outside areas.
Directions
We are located on Sleaford Road near Taylors BMW garage. We're approx 50 yards from the mini roundabout at the junction of the A52 & A1121 on the west side of Boston.
From the A16 follow signs for A52 Grantham.
From the north of Boston signs towards town centre and continue to follow signs for A52 Grantham.
We are approx. 1¼miles from the train station and 1½miles from the bus terminus.
