Greenwood Lodge City Guest House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac only one mile from the city centre. We specialise in providing high quality accommodation at affordable prices. We have a residential liquor licence to enable us to provide alcoholic and soft drinks to our residents and their guests.
Three of our six bedrooms have four poster beds and all are individually designed to offer guests maximum comfort. They all have en-suite facilities, remote control colour TV, hair dryer, hospitality tray with a comprehensive selection of teas, coffees and chocolate. Further, each has a trouser press, complimentary toiletries and many other items of a personal nature to make your stay a pleasant, comfortable and memorable one.
To round off your stay you will enjoy one of our special breakfasts taken from our extensive breakfast menu and served in our magnificent conservatory/dining room where you can watch the wild life having theirs too.
We are ideally situated to discover the major attractions within the city and also those in the surrounding area. It is recommended that you leave your vehicle in our car park and take public transport (which is available on our doorstep) into the city so that you can enjoy Nottingham to its fullest without having to worry about car parking.

Directions
We are situated just off the Mansefield Road(A60).
At the large roudabout just north of the city take the B682 direction Bulwell.
After about 500 yards turn into Third Avenue and we are about 50 yards up on the left hand side.
