Peter and Frances the owners of delightful Beck View Guesthouse offer a warm welcome to guests visiting Beck View House. We are a spacious and modern large detached bungalow in a quiet secluded setting, yet close to all Beverley's many attractions including the spectacular Beverley Minster and Beverley racecourse.

Our Guesthouse is a friendly family run business on the outskirts of Beverley town centre, two minutes walk from the Minster, leisure centre and only a five-minute walk to the town centre. The Beck, which is just around the corner, is now a natural heritage site with wildlife and fishing. The Foresters pub is at the end of the drive, only 25 yards they serve good food and drink at reasonable prices. As you can see we have ample free off road parking.

All rooms are ground floor, centrally heated and double glazed, they are comfortably furnished and decorated to the highest standards and offer the following facilities: Remote colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hair drier, alarm clock, mineral water and various disposable toiletries.

The pleasant surroundings of the dining room and lounge will ensure that your stay is a comfortable one. The lounge is open to guests at all times.

A full English breakfast (cooked to order from our comprehensive breakfast menu) is available to guests from 07.00am weekdays, 08.00 weekends.

Children are welcome, travel cot, blankets, and high chair are available to families with children.

We are convenient for Humberside airport and the M62 motorway.

At the end of the M62 motorway take the exit signed North Cave (B1230) drive into the village, at the T junction turn right, follow this road for 2 miles, at the T junction turn left onto the (A1034) Drive 100 yards and turn right back onto the (B 1230) follow this road all the way to the outskirts of Beverley where you will come to two mini roundabouts at the second roundabout bear right (B1230) follow for 500 yards T junction (Minster on the left) turn right, follow for half a mile, just after the Buck inn pub turn left, you will see the Foresters pub on the right, on the corner of the pub car park there is a white cottage with an entrance to the right, drive through the entrance and along the roadway and park in front of the large bungalow.

Approaching Beverley from York the North West A1079
Half a mile past the village of Bishop Burton on the outskirts of Beverley you will come to a roundabout take the (A1035) signed Beverley, past the race course down the hill into Beverley, at the traffic lights turn right, follow for 200 yards (St Mary’s church is on the left) at the junction turn left, after 100 yards traffic lights turn right, 300 yards mini roundabout turn left, 50 yards another mini roundabout (train station in front of you) turn right and follow for half a mile, at the T junction turn left, just after the Buck Inn pub turn left, you will see the Foresters pub on the right, on the corner of the pub car park there is a white cottage with an entrance to the right, drive through the entrance and along the roadway and park in front of the large bungalow.

Approaching Beverley from the South A15
After the Humber bridge toll you will approach a large roundabout, take the A164 signed Beverley, follow all the way to the outskirts of Beverley until you reach two mini roundabouts, at the second roundabout bear right (B 1230) follow for 500 yards T junction (Minster on the left) turn right, follow for half a mile, on the left just after the Buck Inn pub turn left you will see the Foresters pub on the right, on the corner of the pub car park there is a white cottage with an entrance to the right, drive through the entrance and along the roadway and park in front of the large bungalow. Approaching Beverley from Hull Al174
On the outskirts of Beverley turn left onto the (B 1230) signed Beverley & Howden follow for half a mile, past the Sommerfield super market on the right and through the dogs leg, on the right you will see the Foresters pub, turn right onto Blucher Lane on the corner of the pub car park there is a white cottage with an entrance to the right, drive through the entrance and along the roadway and park in front of the large bungalow.

Approaching Beverley from the East A1035
On the outskirts of Beverley you will approach a roundabout take the first exit left signed Al 174 and follow for half a mile to the next roundabout, take the third exit right (Holme Church Lane) and follow for half a mile until you reach the Foresters pub on the left, on the corner of the pub car park there is a white cottage with an entrance to the right, drive through the entrance and along the roadway and park in front of the large bungalow.

Room prices are: Double/Twin En-suite Sunday to Friday £55.00,
Saturday only £60.00, Standard Double/Twin Sunday to Friday £50.00, Saturday only £55.00 and Standard Single Sunday to Friday £35.00. Saturday only £40.00 Standard rooms have the use of a large luxury bathroom. These prices are for the room (not each) and are inclusive of VAT and breakfast.
