Spreyton Guest House is a friendly, family run guesthouse located just a Short, level walk from the town centre and seafront. We aim to provide excellent value for money.
You will find we have a selection of rooms to cater for your individual requirements: single, twin, double and family. For your extra comfort, en-suite rooms are available. All rooms are with private showers, colour TV and tea/coffee, hair drier and Shoe cleaning facilities.
We also have a ramped entrance and a ground floor en-suite room designed for most disabled people, with level access to the dining room. This room has been awarded a Mobility 1 rating.

We have a Private rear car park, were we can offer off road parking to all our guests.
