Old Kiddicott is a charming, Grade II listed cottage with oak beams and Inglenook fireplaces. It is set in a rural location yet within easy reach of J30 of the M5. Exeter airport, the Westpoint Showground and the city of Exeter are all easily accessible.
Ideally placed for visits to the historic city of Exeter with excellent shopping facilities, Cathedral, Museum, Quay, Ancient Passages and free Guided Tours; the beautiful Devon Heritage Coastline at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton; lovely walks on Woodbury Common and, of course, Dartmoor!
Guests have their own access to comfortable accommodation, their own lounge and bath/shower rooms with all modern amenities. All the bedrooms have colour television, tea and coffee facilities, towels and robes.
Breakfast is cooked in the Aga using local produce, and is served by arrangement in the kitchen.
There is a choice of good food served at local village pubs.

Directions
Leave the M5 at J30 and take the Exmouth/Sidmouth exit. At the first roundabout continue straight ahead on the A3052 towards Sidmouth. In 1/2 mile, after passing a garden centre on the RHS, turn right down Oil Mill Lane towards Woodbury Salterton. In 3/4 mile, after crossing two narrow bridges, turn left down a narrow lane signed as leading to a number of properties including Old Kiddicott.
