Wall Hills is an old property with great character and charm. The large rooms, with their high ceilings, have superb views across the countryside. Renowned for the peace and quiet here, we will do our best to help you unwind and recharge your batteries. (David's Dining awards for food should help you to enjoy recharging your waistline!).
Wine lovers will be interested in the many local vineyards that produce outstanding wines. Coddingtons award winning wines feature on our quite extensive wine list. Cider making still flourishes in this area - Westons at Much Marcle being worth a visit.
Bird watchers - please remember your binoculars, with fields below and woods behind we attract quite a variety of species.
We have a large Victorian walled garden here which our guests are welcome to enjoy, but do visit the Hampton Court Gardens near Leominster which opened to some acclaim just a few years ago.
The old town of Ledbury is an unspoilt example of a traditional thriving market town. If you are going home from here it is worth stopping first at the specialist shops in the High Street. Once you have tasted the "rare-breed" meat that David gets locally you'll want to buy some yourself!
Around the area:- within easy reach are the cathedral cities of Worcester, Hereford and Gloucester; the Malvern Hills; Elgar's birthplace; the Golden Valley and the Forest of Dean.
Ledbury's old-fashioned friendliness and hospitality makes it very special - an undiscovered jewel in the Heart of England.
