We are a small friendly family run Guest House. Only a 5/10 Minute walk fom the town centre and a level 120 metres from the beach.
Most rooms are en-suite or have their own separate private facilities, all have colour T.V., tea/coffee making facilities and central heating.
A full English breakfast is included, or a lighter option can be requested at reception the night before.
The following is also available: a selection of sandwiches, packed lunches and basket meals (smaller portions available for children).
Recently installed is our 'Spa Bath' which is in our enclosed decked area for guests to use for a small cost.

Directions
From M5 follow signs for A380 (Torquay). Once through 'Kingskerswell', take the 2nd exit at roundabout to 'Paignton'. At next roundabout go straight across, next roundabout take 1st exit signed 'Preston/Sea Front'. Follow this road all the way to the bottom. At traffic lights go straight across taking Sea Front Lane - follow road all the way along past 'Redcliffe Hotel' until you reach Sea Front (Paignton Green), go past small hotels on right, then turn right into 'Steartfield Road' by Palace Hotel, take 2nd on right 'Norman Road'. We are at the bottom of this road.
