Just four miles North of Ipswich yet very much in the country, Mill House is a charming Grade II listed village house set in an acre of Arts and Craft style gardens offering high quality, comfortable accommodation.
There are three spacious, individually decorated bedrooms with en suite facilities and deluxe toiletries. Both rooms have a sitting area and offer every comfort to ensure a relaxing stay.
The comfortable residents lounge has a large inglenook fireplace with a blazing log fire during the winter months. All rooms are tastefully furnished with a mixture of antique or more contemporary furniture.
A sumptuous breakfast is served in the conservatory. Making the most of local produce there is a choice of either a hearty traditional English breakfast or a continental breakfast of cheese, meats and freshly baked pastries. Delicious evening meals are also available.
Fynn Valley Golf Course and Newton Hall Equestrian Centre are both nearby. There are many local footpaths including the Fynn Valley walk which follows the river to Woodbridge. Three local pubs all serve good food and local beers.

Situated on the B1077 Ipswich to Debenham road. Mill House is the second house on the right as you enter the village coming from Ipswich.

Part of the house juts out, at right angles, to the edge of the road and has a lean to greenhouse on the side which you will see as you approach. The entrance is just before this, some 30m from a left hand bend which goes over the river.
There is a regular bus service from Ipswich to Framlingham which stops outside Mill House.
There are direct trains to and from Ipswich, Lowestoft and Felixstowe from the neighbouring village of Westerfield, pick up by arrangement.
