We invite you to stay at Lyncott House, guest rooms in our Ilfracombe home are friendly and inviting.
Resident Proprietors John and Carol Pearson have retained many of the original features off the house, but central heating and spacious guest en-suite facilities have been sympathetically added for your comfort. The warmth of its generously proportioned rooms is typical of that gracious age.
Evening Meals can be provided for all guests by pre-booking in the morning as we use fresh local produce from Ilfracombe where possible. We do not have an alcohol licence, but are more than happy to serve guests their own drink with their meal.

By Car:
We are on the main A361 into Ilfracombe from Barnstaple, opposite the turning into Bicclescombe Park Road.
By Train:
Barnstaple is the nearest train station, from there you can catch the number 3 Bus to Ilfracombe and ask for the Bicclescombe Park Road stop, which is more or less outside Lyncott House.
