A warm welcome awaits you in this quiet village location. We are a family run business and we like to make you feel at home, our house may be small on accommodation, but we have big hearts.
There is one Twin room and one Double room both with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a very nice shower room which is shared between the two rooms.
Breakfast is served between 7.00am and 9.00am which consists of fruit juice, cereals, tea or coffee, full English breakfast and bread, jam, and marmalade all of which are homemade.
There will be a lovely log fire in the dining room for the winter months.
Packed lunches are available, we just need the order the night before please.
We are only 10 minutes from Minsmere Bird Reserve, Snape Maltings Concert Hall and Aldeburgh all with many pretty walks in surrounding countryside.
There are Horse Riding stables within a 2 minute walk and a traditional pub serving good quality lunches and evening meals at affordable prices.
For families we are 30 minutes from Kessingland Wildlife Park and 40 minutes from Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. Quiet unspoilt beaches await you at Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Sizewell, Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold.
