Holly House is a lovely Victorian town house decorated to a high standard with all original features retained. Our rooms are large, light and airy and you can choose from a double/family en-suite room or en-suite double with comfortable seating area.
Our breakfast menu includes a choice of juices and cereals, fruit bowl, your choice from the hot menu, fresh homemade breads and yoghurt and tangy homemade marmarlades.
Situated 10 minutes walk from St.Austell town centre, we are close to the A390 with easy access to the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens and many other attractions including National Trust properties, museums, beautiful gardens, the South Cornwall Coast Path, cycle trails and moorland.
The bustling waterside villages of Mevagissey and Fowey offer a great variety of gastronomic treats, and for that very special occasion you can dine at Rick Stein's prestigious resturant or bistro in Padstow or Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Resturant at Watergate Bay.

Directions
From the A30. Take the new slip road off left to St.Austell and Bugle. Go straight through the villages of Bugle and Stenalees. At a small roundabout go straight over (ignoring signs left to St.Austell)
Follow the road down into the town, round a sharp right hand u-bend. Continue over the first set of lights. At the next lights turn right then immediatley right again down a small track to the parking spaces at the rear of the house.
From Plymouth A390. Stay on the A390 through several sets of lights and roundabouts. Turn off right towards Newquay. Go over the lights then turn immediately right again to the parking at the rear of the house
You can park in the open garage space or pull into the garden through the gates on the left.
On foot from the Station. Turn right out of the station towards the footbridge.Go left downhill to the Church. You will see the Fore Street in front. Go through to the end and follow straight on down hill. Go over the first lights. At the next lights you will see Holly House on the right side of the road.
