At the first T junction turn left sign posted to Brixton then after about a mile, just after "yellow rumble strips" on road turn right signposted to Elburton/Plymstock. When you get to the large roundabout by the Elburton pub, go straight across up a hill. After about a mile go straight over traffic lights and after about another mile turn left into Goosewell Road. Follow this road up hill about a mile crossing mini-roundabouts. Road bears to the right passed “The Staddi” (a Fun pub) on your left. Carry on up the hill with firstly a green bank on your left then Black and White marker posts on your right. About 10 yards passed the last marker post after the Post Box in the wall and the Neighbourhood Watch sign on the Telegraph Pole (both on your right) take first turn right into Staddiscombe Rd and go down this country lane passed Barn Conversions, and white boat on right, bear sharp left and go passed Yew Tree Cottage on left.
