A warm and friendly welcome awaits you in the heart of Glencoe.

Scorrybreac Guest House was built in the historic grounds of Lord Strathcona's estate.

It is surrounded by forest and mountains in a quiet secluded isolated spot of Glencoe, with views over Loch Leven and beyond, yet only 800 yards from the centre of Glencoe village.

The house is just a few minutes walk from Glencoe Lochan which was created by Lord Strathcona in the late 19th century for his wife.

The Lochan makes a relaxing easy stroll for all and a great photo point.

The house is set within its own enclosed garden with off road parking for eight cars and a large seating area with garden furniture.

We have been running Scorrybreac Guest House since April 2003 and over the years upgraded and modernised the Guest House.

We offer our guests home from home, with a peaceful location and attention to detail.

THE LOUNGE
The newly furnished cosy lounge has excellent views across Loch Leven and to the mountains beyond. The lounge provides games, maps, guides, books to help you plan your next day or just relax.

THE BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has been recently decorated and is comfortably furnished with good quality supportive firm beds.

Each room has its own refreshments tray, clock/radio/alarm, colour TV with tele-text, DVD/CD players, reading material, hairdryer and toiletries.

All rooms have individually controlled heating and all bathrooms have powerful showers.

The family room has the largest bathroom with a bath and shower.

THE BREAKFAST ROOM
A spectacular view is offered from our spacious dining room, which can be enjoyed over breakfast.

We offer a full Scottish cooked breakfast using fresh local produce.

Lighter cooked breakfasts are available like poached eggs on toasted crumpets and freshly cooked croissants with slices of Edam cheese.

We also offer a self service area with a selection of fresh fruit, cereals, home made yoghurt, many fruit juices, homemade fruit bread, various teas, fresh caffeterre coffee and we always cook (not microwave) a large pot of porridge each morning.
