From the M5 follow the A3022 into Torquay. At Torre Station, keep in the right hand lane. At the traffic lights turn right into Avenue Road. At the second set of lights turn sharp left into Falkland Road. Go up the hill and down and at the next set of lights turn right into Belgrave Road . Take the next left turn into Scarborough Road. The Ashfield is 1/2 way up on your left We have Green canopies to help you find us or if you get lost ring us and we will guide you in. We are 5 mins by taxi from the train station or a 15 min sea front walk 5 mins by taxi to the coach station.

We now accept Credit cards & Debit cards. All 1 night stays are taken in full at the time of booking. For all other stays a deposit of £50.00 per room is required to secure the booking . All deposits are non refundable. A charge of £1.50 is applied for use of cards. Child rates apply for children up to 12 yrs Half Price. Reduced rates apply after 12 yrs if sharing with Parents. Prices shown are per person. Family room prices vary depending on occupancy. Prices are inclusive of full English breakfast Rooms available after 2.00pm on day of arrival. And are requested to be vacated by 10.00am day of departure. Please note we reserve the right to re-let accommodation that has not been taken up by 6.00pm unless arrangements have been made for late check in we would appreciate a call to let us know of your arrival time. Any holiday shortened without prior notice on arrival or after arrival will be paid for in full.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
We open 10 months of the year, however we will take a booking of 3-4 nights or more in the time we may be shut.
