We are ideally situated with the town centre, coach and rail stations all within a 20-minute walk. A courtesy collection service is offered from the rail and coach stations.
The coast is just one mile away, where you will find the charming port of Charlestown, a selection of local beaches and coves, plus superb golf courses. St. Austell is very central for touring, with the coastal towns of Mevagissey, Fowey, Looe, Polperro and Newquay all within a short drive.
The area also provides many scenic walks, cycle tracks and the Cornish Way Cycle Trail is close-by.
Lots of renowned gardens including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the world famous Eden Project are just 10/15 minutes drive away.
Our double glazed and centrally heated accommodation offers you a choice of two spacious rooms. A Double en suite room or a Family room containing a double and single bed with your own private bathroom adjacent to your room. The Family room may be used as a Double or a Twin, if required. In the dining room is a sofa and TV for guests to use, along with reading material and board games.
