Our Bed and Breakfast is seperate from the main house giving you your own privacy for as long as your stay. We are situated up a small track where we enjoy relative peaceful seclusion, an ideal place to watch the world go by.
Woodpeckers comprises of a double bedroom, with tea and coffee making facilities.
The lounge area has comfortable leather seating, TV and DVD. Bathroom complete with shower and bath.
The lounge leads out to a small patio and garden area where you can barbecue on summer evenings and have your breakfast if you require on summer mornings. Alternatively, breakfast will be served in the dining room of the main house, just across the drive.
Breakfast consists of Continental or full English breakfast with free range eggs from our own chickens. Variety of cereals, juices and home made jams.
Evening meal menu available if required and special diets are catered for.
If you enjoy walking, there is a network of footpaths that can be accessed from just outside the property leading to local villages and public houses.
There is Disabled Access and Off Road Parking.

Directions
From Romsey take the A27 towards Salisbury after approx 3 miles turn right onto Danes Road towards Awbridge. After 1 mile take first left towards Newtown. 1 Mile into the centre of the village, telephone box on left take track opposite 150 yards up track take left turn and carry on until the end of the track where you will see our gate facing you with the sign woodpeckers.
