Situated on the West Devon Drive, previously the Old A30, this beautifully renovated 125 year old stone farmhouse enjoys the enviable position of being just three miles from glorious Dartmoor and still within easy reach of the coast.
Woodland walks, cycle routes, golf, riding and fishing can all be found locally, with many excellent pubs and restaurants nearby.
Tavistock, an ancient stannary town, is easily accessible as is Plymouth and Exeter, offering many attractions such as theatre, restaurants and shopping centres.
We offer high quality accommodation and good, local food.
We have a double en-suite room, a twin en-suite, a king size en-suite room with bath and shower and a balcony, which looks out over the garden.
We also have a spacious downstairs en-suite room which can be a double, a twin or a family room.
You are welcome to enjoy our large garden and relax in the summer house, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea, or walk further through woodlands to the lake side and view the family's newly planted vineyard.

Disabled Facilities: There are disabled facilities. A spacious downstairs room is available with wooden floor.
Pet Facilities: Pets are allowed. We have good outdoor facilities (large garden and woodland on our doorstep) but sorry cannot accept pets indoors.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. smoking is not allowed in the house but you are welcome to use our garden.
Directions
Leave the M5 (junction 31) and take the A30 for Okehampton. By-pass Okehampton and leave the dual carriageway at Sourton Cross Junction. Take a right and immediately a left sign posted for Lewdown to find yourself on the West Devon Drive, previouly the old A30. Travel on this road for approx. 6 miles. Lobhill Farmhouse is on the left one mile before Lewdown.
