Avonpark House is a friendly, family run guest house, seven minutes walk along a tree lined path from the centre of historic Stratford-upon-Avon.

Five bedrooms all ensuite in a newly refurbished property. Single, double, twin or family available.
Room facilities include central heating, hospitality trays, satellite TV, alarm clock radio and hairdryers. Ironing facilities available on request.

Full cooked English breakfast or vegetarian diets catered for. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room overlooking the garden. Ample car parking available and an ideal touring base for Warwickshire and The Cotswolds.

Avonpark House is a convenient and comfortable location for a weekend break or a visit to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre only a few minutes away.

Credit card facilities available from 1st July 2007. Newly awarded 4 star status from the English Tourist Board. Children are welcome. The Guest House is a non smoking establishment.

Directions
By Car:
M40 motorway. Junction 15. Follow signs to Stratford. On entering stay in left hand lane at the big one way system. Go past Sports Centre and Holiday inn on the left, following sign A3400 Shipston. Go left over the old (Clopton) Bridge. Turn right at the small roundabout onto Shipston Road. We are five hundred yards on the right, number 123.

By Train or Bus:
Go into the centre of Stratford towards the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Go past Cox's Yard restaurant over the footbridge over the river. Go to Shipston Road and we are five hundred yards on right. Or shortcut, walk along The Old Tramway (raised footpath), past The Butterfly Farm, when you come to the Tramway Pub walk through the car park, turn right onto Shipston Road. We are then 100 yards on the right.
