Black Horse Cottage is in the hamlet of Lower End 'Wavendon' Buckinghamshire and is believed to date back some 400 years. The Cottage has open countryside to the front and an extensive, well tended landscaped garden to the rear.

Milton Keynes City Centre and National Bowl are about 7 miles away (10 minutes drive). The picturesque Village of Woburn is only 3 miles away with its Safari Park, Golf Club, Abbey and wide variety of restaurants. The M1 Junction 13 is approximately 3 miles away.
We have two rooms in our self contained annex. One twin room and one double/triple room with ensuite. The annex has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, bathroom, and conservatory.
Rooms include: Continental breakfast - freshly baked croissants, fruit salad, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, toast, tea, coffee and juice.
Full English breakfast not available at present.
We have free wireless broadband internet access, microwave, fridge, cooker, tableware and condiments. Rooms have tea, coffee, mineral water, biscuits, hairdryer, towels and a Free View LCD TV.

M1 Junction 13
Northbound left at roundabout towards Woburn or Southbound right at traffic lights and take the first exit on roundabout - keep on this road until you reach Aspley Guise Square (Aprox 1.5miles) - turn right into the square and stay on this road (Salford Road) - follow the road over the level crossing and continue on the country road until you reach a T junction (Aprox 2 miles) - Turn right - Black Horse Cottage is on your left after the row of cottages.
A5 Milton Keynes Bypass
On the Dual Carriageway is a large roundabout (Garage and Services) it has 5 exits (Woburn Sands, A5 south to Dunstable, Aylesbury and Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, A5 north) Coming south take first exit, going north take fourth exit signposted Woburn Sands - about one mile mini roundabout - take right/second exit to Woburn Sands (do not cross railway line). You are in Bow Brickhill - carry on through and leave Bow Brickhill - follow this road until you reach a mini roundabout in Woburn Sands, turn left - Take the first right hand turn after the level crossing - you are now on the Cranfield Road - stay on this road for aprox 2 miles - Black Horse Cottage is on the left.
