West Point B&B is a superior quality 4 star accommodation situated on the border between Devon and Cornwall on the Atlantic Highway, making it an ideal base for touring, visiting such places as Boscastle and Tintagel to the south and Clovelly to the north.
The Eden Project is only approx. 1hr away but we have lots of lovely gardens, Docton Mill, Hartland Abbey and Rosemoor, all right on our doorstep.
Soak up the sun on any of the many beautiful beaches that line the crystal clear waters of our local part of the North Cornish coast, with wild and rugged cliffs sweeping down to secluded coves ripe with tales of smuggling and shipwrecks.
See the Buzzards and Peregrine Falcons circling down below you as you look out to see.
Bude is only 10mins down the road with lovely sandy beaches, a good selection of shops and many interesting walks. A bigger selection of shops can be found at Bideford and Barnstaple just a short drive away.
West Point is a spacious bungalow with all our rooms on ground level with only a single access step into the property. Our extra large double room has a comfortable four-poster bed, an en suite shower room and a delightful sitting area which can also be easily converted into a family room for 4.
The luxury twin room has a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bath, all are light and airy and tastefully decorated with beverage trays and many additional extras making West Point something extra special.
We have ample off road parking.
Guests have the sole use of a large cosy lounge with leather suite, sumptuous drapes and TV, DVD etc, with breathtaking views over open countryside stretching out across the sea, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
West Point is set in ½ acre of lovely tranquil and interesting gardens for guests to sit and relax or experience the beautiful skies as the sun goes down over the horizon. Guests have their own entrance and all day access.
Breakfast is served in the dining room with a choice of freshly cooked quality, locally farmed produce whenever available.
