Arbutus Guest House is a former Vicarage situated in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales Village of Clapham only 4 miles from Settle.
The house has 7 Bedrooms many overlooking the riverside. Good off street parking is available. There are excellent facilities in both the house and garden, with a private patio to the rear.
We have a comfortable, good size residents lounge.
All our double and twin rooms are en-suite and all rooms have Central heating, Tea and coffee making facilities, Colour TV and hairdryer.
Good food is available locally.
Clapham is one of the most picturesque villages in the Yorkshire Dales National Park often refered to as "The Jewel of the Dales" an ideal base for walking and touring the dales and south Lake District.
We have safe storage for Cycles and a large drying room, a large library of maps and walking books of the area.

Pet Facilities: Pets are allowed. One dog per room maximum at no cost but guests must bring dog bed food etc. Dogs Not allowed on beds or furniture.
Special Diets Provision: Special diets are catered for. Vegeterian, Celiac and religious diets.
Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed.
