One detached and totally private garden room in the lovely 11th century North Bedfordshire village of Riseley. Your own stairway leads up into the oak floored room with views over the gardens.

Comfortable double and single bed fitted with quality cotton sheets and duvets sleeping up to 3 people. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Large television. Self controlled heating. Quality en-suite shower room. Corner shower with glass doors. Towels, soap.

Breakfast is served in the main house overlooking gardens where my happy hens roam. All diets catered for. Best quality ingredients.

A five minute walk takes you to The Five Bells and The Fox and Hounds both serving excellent food.

Riseley is situated just off the A6 between Bedford and Rushden, both a short drive. Grafham Water is 9 miles. An easy drive to the A1 at St Neots or Buckden and the M1 at Northampton or Woburn.

Cambridge, Woburn Safari Park and Luton airport are all about 20 miles away.
