Jameson House is a small family run bed and breakfast in the centre of the village of Bridestowe. Our aim is to provide welcoming and comfortable accommodation with breakfasts of locally sourced ingredients.
All rooms have central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers and TV. The double rooms are en-suite.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9-30am, unless alternative times are requested. Special diets can be catered for if prior notice is given.
Bridestowe is a charming Devon village just off the A30 west of Exeter. It has a shop and post office, church, school and pub. It is close to Dartmoor National Park and on route 27 of the sustrans cycle track.
The White Hart Inn is approximately 2 minutes walk away, where you can enjoy real ale and good food. Further afield are a variety of places to eat from pub food to gourmet restaurants.
Centrally situated in the Devon/Cornwall border area Jameson House is an ideal location for visiting all places of interest, including the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Helligan, Plymouth, Exeter, Truro the north and south coasts or just to walk on unspoilt Dartmoor with heather underfoot, fresh air to breath and unsurpassed views of wonderful countryside.

From the M5 take the A30 at junction 31. Take the slip road after the Okehampton turning signed Tavistock.Sourton and Bridestowe. Keep to the right-hand lane and at the end of the slip road turn right then immediately left. You are now on the West Devon Drive, continue along the Drive for 1 to 2 miles until signpost for Bridestowe to the left. You are then in the village and Jameson House is on your left opposite the church
