Polmena House offers you a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in spacious, light ensuite bedrooms in a friendly atmosphere, making it the perfect location in which to relax and unwind.
Situated on a quiet lane, on the edge of one of the most beautiful Cornish valleys with stunning panoramic views of the River Fowey and surrounding countryside.
Only a mile from the historical town of Lostwithiel, Polmena House is ideally situated for easy access to the Eden Project (6 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Both guest bedrooms have full ensuite facilities with bath and separate shower. All rooms have views over the garden and surrounding valley, colour TV, hot drinks tray, hair dryer and toiletries.
We have 2 double rooms, however the Balcony room can be either a twin or a double.
The Balcony Room is an exceptionally large room with its own lounge area and balcony with wonderful views over the River Fowey and valley. The super king bed can be either a comfortable double or twin beds.
The Paddock room is a good sized double room also with lovely views of Lostwithiel town and Restormel Castle a mile in the distance.

From Liskeard/Plymouth direction coming into Lostwithiel on A390, take the first left at the "Lostwithiel Welcomes You" sign, also marked with brown sign to "Earl of Chatham" (if coming from St Austell/Truro direction turn right here. At the next small crossroads turn left (signposted Lerryn/St Winnow). Proceed for 500 yards and take the right fork signed Newham/Polmenna. 200 yards keep to left fork (signed Polmena House) and entrance gate is then 200 yards on your right.
Balcony Room: from £33.00 to £36.00 per person per night.
Paddock Room: from £29.00 to £33.00 per person per night.
Single occupancy and one night stays from £35.00.
Reduction for 3 nights or more.
