Paul and Carys Roberts warmly welcome their guests to share the comfort and charm of their 400-year-old former water mill.
There is a choice of a twin bedroom, a super king size bedded room (can be converted into two single beds) or a king size bedded room all with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and airy, and offer full central heating, remote controlled colour TV., Video, and beverage making facilities with a small fridge for fresh milk. For guests' conveniences there are towelling robes, books and magazines, wine glasses, cork screw and chocolates to enjoy.
A hearty Welsh breakfast is incorporated in the cost. For this the owners guarantee guests a warm welcome and personal supervision. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and the aim is to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. There is secure off road parking for up to 5 cars within the boundary.
Back in the early 1960's a local sea skipper, namely Captain Wil Roberts sympathetically renovated the structure. The architect of the time incorporated the large beams and random slate flooring into the newly re-modelled building. Whilst these features are evident throughout the property we have endeavoured to integrate modern day living such as heating and showers into the house and we feel that the period style has been carefully maintained throughout.

B4417 Turn right on the outskirts of the village of LLanaelhaearn
B4417 Go through the villages of Llithfaen and Pistyll
B4417 Turn first right and up the hill at the mini roundabout at Nefyn
B4417 Commence and enter the village of Morfa Nefyn
(Cost Cutters grocery shop is situated on your R/H side).
Pass the Texaco petrol garage (R/H side) and head out of Morfa Nefyn.
You will more or less enter the village of EDERN as you leave Morfa Nefyn village.

Commence down the steep, bendy hill
Immeditely at the bottom of the hill there is a gateway on the L/H side.
Drive in and please park your car at the front of the property - it will be sign posted.
