There is a lovely big garden with play equipment. Ample off-road parking and facilities to store bikes.

2 Tollgate Cottages is situated at the southern end of Wilmingham Lane 100 yards from the junction of the B3399.
From Yarmouth ferry terminal:
Follow the A3054 towards Newport. Just outside Yarmouth turn right at the blue and white cycle sign into Thorley road, (the B3401, signposted to Thorley and Ventnor). Follow this road, which becomes the A3055 (signposted to Freshwater and Ventnor). Do not turn off left. 2 Tollgate cottages is 2.3 miles along this road, on the left hand side.
From Newport:
Follow the B3401 towards Freshwater. The road will eventually become the B3399. As you approach Freshwater, take the right hand turning (signposted to Yarmouth and Thorley). This is Wilmingham Lane. 2 Tollgate Cottages is on the right, 100 yards down the lane.
