This is an old property, so there are height restrictions. People with limited mobility are advised to book the downstairs room.
Sorry, but we are unable to accept pets as we have two nervous cats.
Guests are very welcome to purchase meals from a wide range of take-aways in the town to eat in their bedroom or the breakfast room. Storage space for bicycles, fishing rods, etc.
Ringwood town centre, with its traditional market, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, is about 5 minutes' walk away. The Castleman Trailway and the Avon Valley Path are just a few minutes' walk away, with open countryside and views across the water meadows.

Take the main Ringwood exit from the A31. Follow the B3347, firstly signed Ringwood then Sopley and Winkton. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit. At 2nd (mini) roundabout take 1st exit. In about 300 metres turn right into Coxstone Lane (opposite The Lamb Inn). The Homestead is the first house, directly in front of you.
