The Homestead, a Grade II listed thatched cottage, offering Bed and Breakfast - 5 mins' walk from Ringwood Town Centre - 10 minutes drive to the New Forest National Park.

The B&B accommodation offered here is of a very high standard. The owners have pleasure in offering you a choice of two en-suite double bedrooms:

First Floor Suite wuth Double Bedroom and Bathroom
This private suite is accessed from its own staircase and has a lockable door

    Breakfast is served in a cosy breakfast room. Full selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc available. A range of cooked options from full English to vegetarian. Special diets by request. We source most of our ingredients from high quality independent local traders.

    Wireless Internet is available free on request.
    Babies in travel cots are welcome here.

    Guests are welcome to sit and relax in the gardens of this lovely cottage. The house is a no smoking area, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.
    This is an old property, so there are height restrictions. People with limited mobility are advised to book the downstairs room.

    Sorry, but we are unable to accept pets as we have two nervous cats.
    Guests are very welcome to purchase meals from a wide range of take-aways in the town to eat in their bedroom or the breakfast room. Storage space for bicycles, fishing rods, etc.

    Ringwood town centre, with its traditional market, shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, is about 5 minutes' walk away. The Castleman Trailway and the Avon Valley Path are just a few minutes' walk away, with open countryside and views across the water meadows.

    Take the main Ringwood exit from the A31. Follow the B3347, firstly signed Ringwood then Sopley and Winkton. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit. At 2nd (mini) roundabout take 1st exit. In about 300 metres turn right into Coxstone Lane (opposite The Lamb Inn). The Homestead is the first house, directly in front of you.
