The Old Chapel House has a real wow factor, and is situated on the edge of one of North Cornwall's most popular villages, St. Mabyn, a village on the top of a hill surrounded by undulating farmland and nicely positioned between Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and panoramic views; there is easy access to the coast, moorland, golf courses and country pubs and restaurants. Padstow is just 11 miles away.

Des and Ginny Weston have recently finished converting this stunning chapel into luxury bed & breakfast accommodation.

Room 1 is a double en-suite with bath and shower.
Room 2 is a double with en-suite shower.
Room 3 is a double with private bathroom with bath and shower adjacent to the room.

All rooms have TV, DVD player, Wireless broadband Internet, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

A choice of either continental or full English breakfast is available and served in the heated conservatory or out in the garden (weather permitting).

Directions
From the A30:
Come off the A30 at the A395 signposted Wadebridge & Camelford. At the end of the A395 turn left onto the A39. Go through Camelford. Turn left after the BP garage onto the B3266. After about 5 miles turn right signposted St. Mabyn (next to yellow house). Once in St. Mabyn turn right oposite the pub into Chapel Lane. Proceed right to the end of Chapel Lane.

Alternative route (via country lanes):
Come off the A30 signposted Helland. Drive through Helland until you come to a main road. Turn right and take the first left signposted St. Mabyn. At the end of this road turn left into St. Mabyn. Once in St. Mabyn turn right oposite the pub into Chapel Lane. Proceed right to the end of Chapel Lane.
