The Lyness is a family run 3-Star Guest House set in a prime location in the historic seaside town of Scarborough. Near to Peasholm Park, the North Bay and only a 10 minute stroll from the Town Centre and the Train Station.

A 'Deliciously Yorkshire' breakfast is served daily from 08:30 and we also offer a range of alternatives for a lighter start to the day including porridge, scrambled or poached egg on toast, plain or cheese Omelet or how about pancakes with Golden Syrup! We also offer a selection of Specialist Teas as well as Fresh Filter Coffee and Hot Chocolate.
The Lyness comprises of a range of single, twin, double and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities, colour TVs and tea and coffee making facilities.
All rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness at all times and for the comfort and safety of all our Guests, we operate a non-smoking policy throughout.

Directions
From the train station in the centre of town, follow the signs for the North Bay. This will lead you onto Northway. Continue onto Columbus Ravine, straight over two roundabouts and the Lyness is 200m down on the right.
