We are just ten minutes walk from the centre of Elgin, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our house was built in 2006, all the rooms are en-suite and overlook the garden and fields beyond.
The double bedroom has french windows which leads out onto the patio, although attached to the house it has it's own front door. Each room has tv/dvd or video, coffee and tea making facilities. We are a B&B but if you are not a breakfast person we will charge you on a room only basis.
Elgin is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore Scotland. Ten to fifteen minutes drive away are Lossimouth, Hopeman, Burghead and Findhorn with miles of white sandy beaches. Also the Golf links and golf courses (many to choose from) for those that enjoy golf.
For the fishermen we have the rivers Lossie, Findhorn and Spey.
For those who like whiskey we are on the Whiskey Trail. Nessie is not too far away either, also if you like shopping Inverness is about 30 miles drive you can combine seeing Nessie and shopping in one day.

On the A96 coming from Inverness direction as you approach Elgin turn left at Eight Acres Hotel, turn immediatly right down Sherrifs Mill over bridge turn left into Jock Inksons Brae and we are the only house on the left handside.
