Overlooking the river Usk, Park Place offers stunning views of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons.

Situated close to Crickhowell bridge on the A4077 Gilwern Road, a short distance from the A40, Park Place is conveniently located for those wishing to take part in a multitude of activities including walking, fishing, orienteering, hang-gliding, canoeing, bicycling, trail biking or just relaxing away from it all!

Maxine and Graham Wheaton, proprietors of Park Place Guest House, look forward to making you welcome and comfortable during your stay with us, whether for one night or a week we are renowned for our hospitality. We will do our very best to exceed your expectations whilst with us.

We have five suites available for our customers:
The Rose Suite - a large double with private facilites and a kingsize bed, which enjoys incredible views of the Llangattock escarpment.

The Bluebell Suite - A twin/triple ensuite with a double and a single bed overlooking the river Usk.

The Daffodil Suite - A single en suite overlooking the river Usk.

The Magnolia Suite (including the Peony room) - A very large family suite with private facilities that has a double and two single beds, with views over the river Usk and Table mountain and a separate single room with views of Park Farm, Beechwood and the Llangattock escarpment.

The Honeysuckle Suite - A very large family en suite with a double and two single beds. This suite has stunning views from both sides of the house - to the north the Usk, Table Mountain and Crickhowell and to the South, farmland, the Brecon and Monmouth canal and Llangattock escarpment.

We offer a wide variety of breakfasts to suit all tastes - Welsh, English, Vegetarian, Continental or Fish. We also offer a selection of breakfast cereals, toast and preserves, yoghurts, and fruit.

Directions
From the East South or West:
Leave the M4 at J25a, heading towards Cwmbran and Abergavenny on the A4042 for approx 18 miles.
At the Abergavenny roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Abergavenny and Brecon.
Follow the A40 through Abergavenny for approx 8 miles until you reach Crickhowell. As you come through the town, turn left at the Shell garage onto the A4077 New road. Go over Crickhowell bridge and turn left. Park Place Guest House is approx 300 yards on the right.

From the North:
Leave the M5 at J8 onto the M50. The M50 connects to the A40 towards Abergavenny and Brecon.
At the Abergavenny roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Abergavenny and Brecon.
Follow the A40 through Abergavenny for approx 8 miles until you reach Crickhowell. As you come through the town, turn left at the Shell garage onto the A4077 New road. Go over Crickhowell bridge and turn left. Park Place Guest House is approx 300 yards on the right.
