The Old School House is situated in the heart of West Sussex and the South Downs, between Storrington and Pulborough in the small historic village of West Chiltington. The village has a 12th Century Church, post office, two pubs and provides a tranquil retreat from modern life.
The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book as Cilletune and the beautiful church still stands centre stage in the midst of the village with its original stocks.
The Old School House is a former school house built in 1876 and converted into a private residence in 1976. The house provides 3 individual bedrooms to a high specification:
We have three luxury rooms with accommodation available: Bluebell, Poppy and Rose. Each room has its own bath or shower, with a selection of luxurious toiletries, together with a selection of DVD's to watch and tea and coffee making facilities. We also supply bathrobes for you to relax in.
