Shoreline is a modern contemporary Guest House, situated directly on Penzance's famous Promenade. Sea view rooms have spectacular views of St Michael's Mount, Mounts Bay and Newlyn. All rooms are ensuite.
All rooms are tastefully decorated, and our beds are extremely comfortable, with lovely fluffy duvets. Most rooms have flat screen TV/DVDs. All have hospitality trays. A complimentary library of DVDs is available for guests.
Rail, Bus and Ferry terminals are within a few minutes walk, as is Penzance's main street. Many fine restaurants and bars are a short stroll away.
Breakfast is served in our sea facing dining room. Where you have a choice of Fresh Fruit, Yogarts, Cereals, and Fruit Drinks, Fresh Coffee, and Tea. Toast with cornish butter, and jam. Followed by our traditional Cornish Breakfast or choose one of our many breakfast speacials, toasted muffins with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, Hot Pancakes with blueberries and Maple Syrup, toasted bagels with cream cheese and crispy bacon. All goods are sourced locally, and local free range eggs are used.
In the summer months breakfast can be taken on the sea facing decked patio.

From A30 into Penzance on the coast road, enter into Penzance, past the train station, follow the road, keeping the sea on your left hand side, and follow the signs for Newlyn, go past the harbour, and the ferry to the Scillys, approx 500 mtrs further along the Promenade, on the right hand side, just before the Queens Hotel.
