Grand Victorian Guest House in a quiet residential area, yet two minutes' walk from the amenities of Windermere town.
All rooms are centrally heated and double glazed, and all bedrooms are en-suite (with shower, rather than bath.) We offer king-size double as well as double, twin, family (for three people) and single rooms.
We also have a spacious ground floor guests' lounge with TV, DVD player, guides and maps of the area.
Our hearty breakfasts use local produce, including locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs. Vegetarian alternatives - all meat and non-meat products are cooked and served separately.
We are non-smoking throughout and have some private off-road parking, and there is free parking on Holly Road as well.
Minimum age for children is four years.

After the last shop on the left, take the second left into Ellerthwaite Road.
After 50 yards, first left into Holly Road. Kenilworth is next to last on the right hand side.
