157 Newmarket Road is our comfortable, light and airy, non-smoking, family home, on the tree-lined southern entrance to Norwich.
Easy to find and plenty of parking. Come for a night, or more.

Take a stroll, or relax in the garden and watch birds and squirrel compete for food, then doze under crisp Egyptian cotton sheets before a luxury continental breakfast in the dining room.

Single, twin or double accommodation.

We are on the A11, convenient for the University of East Anglia, Theatre Royal, John Innes Centre, Food Research Institute, Norwich Union, Norfolk and Norwich Hospital Trust, just 5 minutes drive/20 minute walk from city centre, with all its attractions.

There is a bus stop by the gate, if you arrive by car but choose to leave it.
