Havenhouse Farm is situated next to the River Steeping in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside yet only four miles from the popular seaside resort of Skegness and within easy reach of Chapel St Leonards and Ingomells.
The farmhouse has been converted into a Bed and Breakfast with five letting rooms, one single, two twins, one double and an en-suite family room that can sleep four people.
Each room has a colour television and a video player with videos available to hire as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
We also have a licensed tea room, which is open at peak season and bank holidays. The tea room offers a wide range of hot and cold snacks and meals.
