Two double rooms, tastefully furnished with twin-beds, each room has it's own bathroom facilities.
The rooms are well appointed with thermostatically controlled heating, Radio-Alarm, Hair-Dryer, Electric shaver point, Iron and Ironing Board and Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Our guests also have exclusive use of cosy top floor lounge with TV.
All rooms have a lovely view of the park.
There is parking for two cars in the rear courtyard.

Uppermill is a busy, Pennine Village within 15 minutes drive of the M62 motorway (junction 22) and 40 minutes drive from Manchester International Airport.
Oldham Town and Manchester city centre are easily assessable by car or direct public transport.
Uppermill with its local history Museum, shops and restaurants, is the core of Saddleworth's many attractions.
Also canal trips from the Village.
Saddleworth is famous for its brass bands and during the summer months open air concerts take place locally on Sunday afternoons.
Being on the edge of Saddleworth Moor and The Peak National Park it is an ideal walking base in an area of natural beauty.

Directions
From the M62, junctions 22 south take the A672 to Denshaw, continue straight on for approx 2 miles. Then take the A670 to Delph, continue for 3 miles. Cross over the A62 & continue for 1 mile to Dobcross. At the mini roundabout take second exit, continue until the next mini round & turn right. Continue for 1/2 mile to the centre of Uppermill. Charlottes will be on your left. Parking is to the rear of the building, turn left up Spring Street just before Charlotte's. Look out for a red gate to your right & you are here.
