We are a family run guest house, located two minutes from Newquay town centre. All of our rooms are en-suite and have a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. We have a modern visitors lounge and offer a choice of freshly cooked breakfasts including a full English and a continental choice.
We will collect you from Newquay Airport or Train Station at no charge and take you back at the end of your stay.
Access is given to guests at all times of the day and night. We are no smoking throughout the Guest House and supply all bedding and towels for use in the rooms.

Directions
By Road:
Take the M5 south to Exeter, then the A30 to
Okehampton and the South West.
Follow the signs for Newquay, and at Quintrell Downs
round-about go straight across along the A392, do not go
over the level crossing. Continue past the Kings Head on
your left and past the Morrison's Supermarket on your
right hand side. Do not turn off the A392 road.
Approximately 500 yards down the hill from the Morrison's
you will come to a roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
Continue along the A392, past the garage on your right,
go straight over the roundabout. You are now on Gannel
road.
Continue up the hill to the next roundabout and take the
3rd exit. You are now on the Mount Wise Road.
Continue to the first set of traffic lights and take a left turn.
You are now on St. Georges Road and the Fairways is
in sight!
