Old Mill House is a small Lincolnshire Bed & Breakfast business located in Maltby le Marsh, a village on the A1104 between Alford and Mablethorpe.
Old Mill House takes its name from the flour mill and the milling business that were the origins of our buildings. Indeed, although long since disused and even with the sails removed, the Grade II Listed mill tower still dominates the property.
In 2006 we renovated some of our former mill associated buildings to form guest accommodation. In doing so we opted for quality rather than quantity and created just two guest suites. Each suite comprises a lounge, a double bedroom and an en-suite shower wetroom. Both suites are comfortably furnished, including a king size double bed.
We have named our suites after the Lincolnshire working mills at 'Sibsey' and 'Alford'. Both suites are ground floor, with direct access from the private parking area to the front of the building. Where possible the accommodation has been fashioned with consideration to easy access. Each suite has its own front and rear entrance. To the rear of both suites is a small patio with garden furniture and access to the garden.
This part of Lincolnshire offers a diversity of locations and activity for the visitor, from historical cities and market towns, to fishing and aviation heritage. However, it is probably our coastline that is the greatest attraction. Old Mill House is 3 miles from the sand dune beaches that stretch from Mablethorpe to Skegness. These are home to both nature reserves and holiday seaside attractions.

Smoking Facilities: Smoking is not allowed. Legislation prohibits smoking in any of our buildings.
