Little Cottage appears to be in the middle of nowhere but with wonderful views towards the Alton direction. The peace and quiet of its position on the edge of Hazeley Heath make it a popular destination for business or holiday. The house itself is single storey with a mix of antique and modern furniture.
Deer, foxes and even badgers can be seen on the Heath or in the garden and in the summer evenings nightjars may be heard. It is within easy reach of Basingstoke, Camberley, Bracknell, Wokingham, Farnborough, Reading and Fleet and close enough to The Vyne, Windsor, Winchester, West Green House Garden and the Roman ruins at Silchester.
It is also close to the antique shops of Hartley Wintney and about 45 minutes' drive from Heathrow and about 1 hour from Gatwick.
There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and the nearest pub is a 15 minute walk across the heath.
